Four Cheese Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese.
02 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil.
03 - 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 4 ounces shredded fontina cheese.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (preferably sea salt).
06 - 1/4 cup olive oil.
07 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
08 - 1 batch of pizza dough.
09 - 4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced.
10 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the pizza dough steps and let it rise properly before continuing.
02 - Mix the olive oil, chopped garlic, and salt together in a bowl.
03 - Let the tomato slices sit in the oil and garlic mix for around 15-20 minutes.
04 - Heat your oven to 400°F and place the pizza stone inside at least 6 minutes ahead of time.
05 - Spread the garlic-oil mixture across the surface of your pizza dough.
06 - Spread the mozzarella and fontina cheeses evenly on top of the oiled dough.
07 - Layer the oil-soaked tomatoes over the cheese.
08 - Evenly scatter chopped basil leaves across the tomatoes.
09 - Generously sprinkle the parmesan over the pizza.
10 - Crumble some feta across the top of the pizza to finish it off.
11 - Carefully slide the pizza onto your hot baking stone in the oven.
12 - Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, watching for the cheese to melt and the crust to turn golden.
13 - Check it closely during the last few moments to avoid burning.
14 - Once bubbly cheese and crispy crust are achieved, carefully remove from the oven.
