Cheesy Broccoli Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup of crushed potato chips.
02 - 1/2 cup of butter, unsalted.
03 - 1 medium onion, white, diced.
04 - 10.5 ounces of chicken soup with cream.
05 - 4 cups of broccoli, fresh, and cut into small pieces.
06 - 1 1/2 cups of instant-cooking rice, white.
07 - 8 ounces of Velveeta cheese, split in half.
08 - 1/2 cup of milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 350°F.
02 - Make the rice by following the instructions on its package.
03 - Melt butter and cook the onion and broccoli together.
04 - Stir in the soup, milk, half of the cheese, and mix until smooth.
05 - Fold in the cooked rice, then spoon the mix into your dish.
06 - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and chips over the top.
07 - Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are bubbling.
