# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 3/4 cup butter, melted
04 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
05 - Pinch of cayenne pepper
06 - 2 (8.5-ounce) packages cornbread mix
07 - 1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and finely chopped
08 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
02 - Whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs in a large bowl until well blended.
03 - Whisk in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
04 - Mix in the finely chopped onion and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
05 - Gently stir in the cornbread mix, chopped broccoli, and 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
