Cheesy Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp of Italian herbs mix.
02 - 1/2 cup of tiny pepperoni slices.
03 - 1 tsp of garlic seasoning.
04 - 1 can (8 oz) of fridge biscuit dough.
05 - 2 tbsp of butter, already melted.
06 - 3/4 cup of mozzarella, shredded.
07 - Pizza or marinara sauce to dip.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven going at 375°F and grab some parchment to cover your baking sheet.
02 - Use a rolling pin or your hands to press out each biscuit into a flat circle.
03 - Add a little mozzarella and pepperoni right in the center of every dough circle.
04 - Pinch the dough's edges tightly after folding them over the filling into a ball shape.
05 - Stir the garlic powder and Italian seasoning into the melted butter in a small dish.
06 - Coat every dough ball with the buttery seasoning mix using a brush.
07 - Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, about 12-15 minutes.
08 - Enjoy them fresh out of the oven with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Swap pepperoni for cooked chicken or some veggies if you'd prefer.
02 - Make sure edges are sealed tight so the filling doesn't leak.
03 - Freeze them before baking and they’ll last up to 2 months.
04 - Switch things up with different dips like garlic butter or ranch.
05 - Don’t overstuff them or they might break open while baking.
