Cheesy Bean Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bean Blend

01 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
03 - 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
04 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 1/2 cup chunky salsa
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ For Wrapping

08 - 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
09 - 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
10 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together the refried beans, onions, salsa, and spices in a mixing bowl. Taste and tweak the salt if needed.
03 - Mix up the monterey jack and cheddar cheeses in a small bowl.
04 - Spoon 1/2 cup of the bean mix plus 1/4 cup of the cheesy mix onto a tortilla. Fold the sides inward, tuck up the bottom, and roll tightly.
05 - Lay your rolled burritos on the baking tray, then bake for around 12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - These can be pan-toasted instead of baked.
02 - Pair with sour cream, guacamole, or hot sauce.
03 - One kind of cheese works just as well if needed.
