Cheesy Spinach Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1½ cups fresh spinach, chopped small
02 - 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
03 - 8 bagels of your choice (plain, sesame, or everything)

→ Cheese & Seasonings

04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 8 oz cream cheese, left at room temperature
06 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
07 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Salt and pepper, adjust to taste
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Cook spinach in olive oil till it softens. Stir in artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, and both cheeses.
02 - Cut bagels in half and toast them for 5-7 minutes in a 350°F oven.
03 - Cover toasted bagels with the spinach mixture. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
04 - Add parsley on top and enjoy them warm.
