                Turn your oven to 350°F and lightly grease the cups of your mini muffin pan.

                Pop it in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes, just until it turns golden. Let it cool for about five minutes before taking them out.

                Spoon 2 or 2 1/2 tablespoons of cheese into each muffin slot. Lay 3 or 4 pepperoni slices on top, then sprinkle with the herb mix.
