Cheesy Pepperoni Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 50 or so tiny pepperoni slices
02 - A cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (choose the dry kind)
03 - A couple of tablespoons of mixed Italian herbs

→ Optional

04 - Marinara for dunking

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F and lightly grease the cups of your mini muffin pan.
02 - Pop it in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes, just until it turns golden. Let it cool for about five minutes before taking them out.
03 - Spoon 2 or 2 1/2 tablespoons of cheese into each muffin slot. Lay 3 or 4 pepperoni slices on top, then sprinkle with the herb mix.

# Notes:

01 - You can switch the cheese, but make sure it isn’t too wet.
02 - For crunchier bites, try Parmesan instead of mozzarella and bake at 400°F.
03 - Regular pepperoni can work just as well in place of the small ones.
