Easy Turkey Melt Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 strips crispy cooked bacon
02 - 4 pieces sourdough bread
03 - ½ cup baby spinach, fresh
04 - 1 medium tomato, sliced thin
05 - 2 pieces of cheddar cheese, white
06 - 4 slices of deli turkey meat
07 - 2 spoonfuls of honey mustard
08 - 2 tablespoons softened butter

# Instructions:

01 - Spread honey mustard over each slice of bread. Slice the cheese into smaller portions.
02 - Start building your sandwich by stacking turkey, cheese, bacon, spinach, and tomato on the bread in your chosen order.
03 - Cover the outer sides of each sandwich with the softened butter.
04 - Use a skillet on medium heat, cooking each side of the sandwich for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and gooey inside.
