California Carne Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 peeled pineapple, sliced (optional)
02 - 8-10 large tortillas for burritos
03 - 3 cups shredded cheese (choose Mexican blend, cheddar, or pepper jack)
04 - 1 batch of fire-roasted salsa (homemade or store-bought)
05 - Prepared Mexican street fries
06 - Cooked carne asada

→ Avocado Crema

07 - 2 ripe avocados
08 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1 cup sour cream
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
11 - 1/2 tsp cumin
12 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
13 - 1/2 tsp salt

# Instructions:

01 - Blend together avocado crema ingredients till it's smooth. Make street fries and marinate the carne asada.
02 - Cook the carne asada how you like it. Grill pineapple slices for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side until they’re nicely charred.
03 - Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat them in the oven at 350°F for roughly 10 minutes or until they’re soft.
04 - In the middle of each tortilla, stack carne asada, fries, cheese, crema, salsa, and pineapple. Fold everything burrito-style.
05 - Heat up burritos in a skillet with a touch of oil. Turn them till all sides are golden brown, if you’d like.

# Notes:

01 - Switch crema for sour cream and guac if you'd prefer
02 - Good for freezing up to three months
03 - Reheat using your oven or microwave
