Asian Cabbage Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 medium eggs, whisked
02 - 1 medium carrot, julienned
03 - ½ head of green cabbage (around 1 pound)
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

→ Sauce

06 - 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
07 - 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
09 - 2 teaspoons white sugar

→ Oil & Seasoning

10 - Salt as needed
11 - 4 tablespoons olive oil, split up

# Instructions:

01 - Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a heated skillet. Once hot, fry the eggs until they're scrambled. Take them out and keep aside.
02 - In the same skillet, add 1 more tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry garlic and onions for about 60 seconds.
03 - Toss in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, cabbage, and carrots. Stir them around, cover the pan, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
04 - Pour in the light and dark soy sauces, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir everything and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
05 - Add a pinch of salt if you feel it needs it. Put the cooked eggs back in and mix everything together.

01 - Toss in glass noodles for more texture
02 - Good in the fridge for 4 days
03 - Save it in the freezer for up to 3 months
