Buttery Sausage Pasta with Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sausage with Garlic Butter

01 - 1 pound Italian or smoked sausage, cut into slices
02 - 3 tablespoons butter
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Pasta in Cream Sauce

06 - 12 ounces penne or fettuccine pasta
07 - 2 tablespoons butter
08 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
09 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Garnish & Seasonings

11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
12 - Salt to taste
13 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Cook sliced sausage in olive oil using medium heat till brown, about 4-5 minutes each side. Take out of pan.
02 - Put butter in the same pan and let it melt, then throw in garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Put sausage back in and add your seasonings.
03 - Cook pasta in salty water until just right. Drain and put aside.
04 - Melt your butter, pour in cream and mix in garlic powder. Stir in Parmesan until it's all smooth. Add salt and pepper how you like it.
05 - Mix pasta with your sauce, add sausage on top. Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan.
