Peanut Butter Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla for added flavor.
02 - 3 tablespoons of brown sugar for sweetness.
03 - 1 cup of powdered sugar, sifted.
04 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter.
05 - 6 tablespoons softened butter, unsalted.

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave the peanut butter in a wide bowl that’s microwave-safe for 60 seconds. Stir it halfway through to make it thinner and easier to work with.
02 - Mix the room-temp butter into the warmed peanut butter. The butter needs to be soft for easy blending.
03 - Toss in both the powdered and brown sugars. These add the ideal sweetness while improving the texture.
04 - Stir in the vanilla extract, which boosts the dip’s overall taste.
05 - Using a mixer, start beating the mixture on medium. After about 30 seconds, it’ll begin to blend together.
06 - Turn the mixer to high and beat for 1 to 2 minutes. It should look airy, fluffy, and completely blended when done.
07 - Pause mixing for a moment to scrape down the bowl’s sides and bottom. This ensures every bit is blended in.
08 - Run the mixer briefly at medium speed to mix in anything left behind during scraping for a smooth result.
09 - Scoop the finished dip into a serving bowl and put it out with dippers like apples, cookies, pretzels, or brownies.
10 - If you’re waiting to serve, cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Before serving, leave it out for 15 minutes to soften up.

# Notes:
