Soak the butterfly pea flowers or tea bag in steaming water for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain and set aside to cool off.

While it’s warm, you can stir in honey or sweetener if you like. Mix until it melts.

Use a frother, shake up the milk in a jar with a lid, or blend it until it’s foamy.

Fill a tall glass with some ice, pour in your cooled tea, and slowly layer frothy milk on top.

Want to see something cool? Lemon juice will make the blue tea turn purple! If you’re feeling fancy, add some flowers for a garnish.
