# Ingredients:

→ Latte Parts

01 - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, to change tea color)
02 - Ice cubes
03 - Extra butterfly pea flowers for topping (optional)
04 - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant milk)
05 - 1-2 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)

→ Tea Mix

06 - 1 cup hot water
07 - 1 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers (or 5-6 fresh blooms, or 1 tea bag)

# Instructions:

01 - Soak the butterfly pea flowers or tea bag in steaming water for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain and set aside to cool off.
02 - While it’s warm, you can stir in honey or sweetener if you like. Mix until it melts.
03 - Use a frother, shake up the milk in a jar with a lid, or blend it until it’s foamy.
04 - Fill a tall glass with some ice, pour in your cooled tea, and slowly layer frothy milk on top.
05 - Want to see something cool? Lemon juice will make the blue tea turn purple! If you’re feeling fancy, add some flowers for a garnish.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap any milk—dairy or plant-based works.
02 - The tea shifts from blue to purple with lemon.
03 - This drink has no caffeine in it.
