Blackberry Goat Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tbsp honey
02 - 4 oz soft goat cheese
03 - 1 tsp cinnamon powder
04 - 10 oz blackberries, fresh or frozen
05 - 1 beaten egg
06 - 3 tbsp white sugar
07 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
08 - 1 thawed puff pastry sheet

# Instructions:

01 - Toss blackberries, flour, honey, and cinnamon in a pan. Bring to a boil, let it simmer for 10 minutes, then cool down fully.
02 - Set oven to 375°F and cover a baking pan with parchment paper.
03 - Mix your cooled blackberry jam with the softened goat cheese until smooth.
04 - Spread the filling over the pastry, fold it over, and cut into strips about ½-inch wide. Twist each one.
05 - Place twists on your prepped baking sheet, brush with the egg, and sprinkle sugar on top.
06 - Bake them for 20–25 minutes until they're crispy, golden, and puffed up.
