BigMac Egg Rolls with Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Egg Rolls

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - Salt and pepper to taste
04 - 2 pickles, diced
05 - ½ small onion, diced
06 - 12 slices American cheese
07 - 12 egg roll wrappers
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

→ Special Sauce

09 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
10 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
11 - 1 ½ tablespoons relish
12 - 1 tablespoon mustard
13 - 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain the meat and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
02 - Place one slice of cheese in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Top with 2-3 spoonfuls of cooked ground beef, a few pieces of diced pickle, and onion. Wet the edges of the egg roll wrapper, fold in two opposite corners to the center, and then tightly roll. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
03 - Brush both sides of the assembled egg rolls with oil. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through cooking and brushing with additional oil as needed. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and top with sesame seeds.
04 - Heat a deep pot of oil over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in small batches for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and top with sesame seeds.
05 - Brush both sides of the egg rolls with oil. Place them on a baking sheet lined with foil or on a rack atop the sheet. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through cooking and brushing with more oil as needed. Once cooked, remove from the oven and top with sesame seeds.
06 - In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
07 - Serve the cooked egg rolls with the special sauce on the side and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra crispy texture, ensure the egg rolls are brushed with sufficient oil during cooking.
