Warm up the oil in a large pan, season the beef, and cook it until it's browned all over.

Throw in the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir around for a few minutes until soft and fragrant.

Toss the rice into the meat and veggie mixture, making sure to coat every grain.

Dump in the tomatoes and beef stock. Heat it up to a boil, then lower the heat.
