Beef Noodles Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
02 - 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
04 - 4 green onions, sliced.
05 - 1/4 cup beef broth.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
07 - Red pepper flakes (add as much or little as you'd like).
08 - 1/3 cup soy sauce.
09 - 2 tablespoons water.
10 - 10 oz linguine.
11 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
12 - 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
13 - 1 lb ground beef.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the linguine following the package's instructions, drain it, then set aside.
02 - Use a large pan over medium heat to cook the ground beef. Get rid of any extra fat.
03 - Add garlic to the pan and stir for about a minute. Mix in the brown sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin, ginger, pepper, and any red pepper flakes.
04 - Combine cornstarch with water, pour into the pan, and stir until the sauce thickens — about 2-3 minutes.
05 - Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until it's all coated.
06 - Sprinkle the sliced green onions on top and enjoy while it's hot.

# Notes:

01 - Add extras like broccoli or bell peppers for crunch.
02 - Swap soy sauce with tamari and use gluten-free noodles for a gluten-free option.
03 - Tastes best right after cooking.
