Beef Cheddar Bay Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1.5 pounds regular ground beef
02 - 1 yellow onion, chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic

→ Sauce

04 - 10.5 ounces canned cheddar soup
05 - 10.5 ounces canned cream of mushroom soup
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, split

→ Biscuit Topping

08 - 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
09 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
10 - 2 cups milk
11 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
12 - Fresh cut parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until fully cooked.
02 - Mix in both soups, milk and half the cheese into the meat. Blend everything well.
03 - Spoon mixture into 9x13 dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
04 - Combine biscuit mix, cheese and milk until well blended. Spread over the meat layer.
05 - Put in oven at 350°F for 50-55 minutes till top gets golden brown.
06 - Drizzle with the butter mix, cool for 5 minutes, add parsley on top.

01 - Wait before serving so the inside gets thicker
02 - Keep the flavor packet from biscuits for your butter mixture
03 - You can make this dish early and warm it up later
