Beef Noodle Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef, use lean if possible.
02 - 12 ounces of regular egg noodles.
03 - One medium onion, chopped up.
04 - Two garlic cloves, finely chopped.
05 - 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
06 - 1 can of condensed tomato soup.
07 - 1 cup of milk, any kind works.
08 - About 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt, or adjust to taste.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder for more flavor.
11 - A dash (1/4 teaspoon) of black pepper.
12 - Couple of tablespoons of dried onion flakes.
13 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F. Use oil or butter to grease a 9x13 dish.
02 - Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until they’re just right (see the package). Drain them really well after.
03 - In a skillet, cook the beef and onion together for 5-7 minutes. Toss in the garlic for another minute, then remove the grease.
04 - Combine the soups, milk, Worcestershire, and seasonings in a big bowl until smooth.
05 - Gently mix the cooked beef and noodles into the sauce. Spread into the dish, then sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
06 - Leave it uncovered and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling. Cool for 5 minutes before digging in.
