01 -
Set your oven to 400°F and give it time to heat up.
02 -
In a big pan, cook beef on medium heat until it's browned, no pink left.
03 -
Get rid of any extra grease from the cooked meat so it’s not too oily.
04 -
Blend the diced tomatoes in a processor till they’re totally smooth.
05 -
Put drained kidney beans straight into a 9x13 dish (no grease needed).
06 -
Mix the cooked ground beef and blended tomatoes right in the dish.
07 -
Mix the salsa and chili powder into the dish until it’s all blended nicely.
08 -
Smooth out the combined mixture evenly across the dish.
09 -
Sprinkle all the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dish.
10 -
Use foil to cover the dish fully and keep it sealed tight.
11 -
Pop the covered dish in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until it’s warmed through.
12 -
Take off the foil and let it bake 5-10 more minutes so the cheese browns.
13 -
Let it sit for 5 minutes so it cools a little before serving.
