03 - 3.4 oz French vanilla pudding mix
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
05 - Pinch of salt
06 - 3 eggs
07 - 1 1/3 cups sugar
08 - 1/2 cup ripe mashed banana (approximately 1 medium banana)
09 - 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
10 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

11 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
12 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
13 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
14 - 2 tablespoons banana cream pudding mix
15 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Spray a 10-cup Bundt cake pan with non-stick baking spray. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the pudding mix, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well incorporated, then set aside.
03 - Mash 1 ripe banana in a separate medium-sized bowl. Whisk in the eggs and sugar until well combined. Add the softened butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract, then mix until fully integrated.
04 - Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Using a hand or stand mixer, gently mix the batter until combined, taking care not to overmix.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely.
