Baked Greek Lemon Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

→ Marinade

02 - Juice of 2 lemons
03 - ¼ cup olive oil
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
06 - 3 teaspoons oregano
07 - 2 teaspoons thyme
08 - 1 teaspoon dill
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika
10 - 2-3 teaspoons salt
11 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Place chicken in a large bowl or ziplock bag.
02 - In a small bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients until well combined.
03 - Pour the marinade over the chicken and cover or seal bag. Place in fridge to marinate for 2-6 hours.
04 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
05 - Arrange marinated chicken in a large baking dish and pour marinade over the top.
06 - Bake chicken for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165-175 degrees F. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra color.
