# Ingredients:

→ Naan Bread

01 - 1/4 cup warm water
02 - 2 teaspoons sugar
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry or instant yeast
04 - 3/4 cup warm milk
05 - 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or plain natural yogurt
06 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
07 - 2 tablespoons extra vegetable oil for cooking
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 4 cups all-purpose flour (560g), plus extra for dusting
10 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
11 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Garlic Butter Topping

12 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
13 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
14 - 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it turns bubbly.
02 - Stir in the warm milk, yogurt, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and minced garlic. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
03 - Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 3-5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Lightly oil a clean bowl, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
05 - Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each piece into an oval shape. Heat a greased skillet over medium-high heat. Place a naan piece in the skillet, cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining dough.
06 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Brush over the warm naan breads before serving.
