Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 - 2 pounds baby potatoes, washed and chopped in half or quarters
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
08 - 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
09 - Chives, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and scrub the baby potatoes clean. Pat them dry fully with paper towels or a kitchen towel. Chop them in half or quarters depending on their size.
02 - Preheat the air fryer to 390° Fahrenheit.
03 - In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. Add about half the grated parmesan to the potatoes and toss again.
04 - Spray the preheated air fryer with spray cooking oil. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer for 25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
05 - At around 20 minutes, add the rest of the grated parmesan to the potatoes and shake the basket. Continue cooking for an additional 3 to 7 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when poked with a fork.
06 - Remove the potatoes from the air fryer, sprinkle with chopped chives, extra parmesan, and additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For even cooking, ensure the potato pieces are similar in size.
